Matt to follow up with conference coordinators about team leader trainings and potential "train the trainer" sessions for Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Holston.
Matt to email project leaders about teams needed and create in-depth stories to appeal for more volunteers.
Data is needed from projects, Annual conference yearly reports, and coordinators, to help get full picture of volunteer outreach in the SEJ.
Matt to provide remote option for Conference Coordinator meeting in Chicago for those unable to attend in person.
