Team insurance is strongly encouraged and required by some project sites. Team registration is automatic with the purchase of insurance.

Accident/Medical Insurance AND TEAM REGISTRATION

Insurance for your Mission Journey can save you and your congregation thousands of dollars.

UMVIM–NCJ offers AIG for Accident and Medical Insurance with $50,000 coverage for domestic teams and IMG Accident and Medical Insurance for international UMVIM teams at $25,000, $50,000, and $100,000 coverage options.

1. Select the amount of coverage needed. There is one option for domestic teams and SIX options available for international teams.

2. Complete the Excel Worksheet with required details for each team member. Please list team leader first.

3. Email the completed form to umvimncj.coor@gmail.com.

4. Submit payment by using the USPS, Venmo, or Paypal at the bottom of the page.

5. The request for insurance serves as team registration.

NOTES:

Changes can be made up to one week prior to departure.
Changes for persons not traveling will be refunded the amount of the insurance only.
Your request for insurance serves as team registration.
Teams to US territories can use Domestic coverage.
You must purchase SPORTS coverage for service in countries where riding a motorcycle, motor scooter, or similar transportation is the established and accepted routine means of public transportation for hire.
