Accident/Medical Insurance AND TEAM REGISTRATION

Insurance for your Mission Journey can save you and your congregation thousands of dollars.

UMVIM– NCJ  contracts with CMA Insurance Agency of Gainesville, GA to offer you a Seven Corners Accidental and Medical Insurance Policy for international UMVIM teams.  There are $25,000, $50,000, and $100,000 coverage options.

UMVIM-NCJ has also contracted with AIG for medical and accident insurance policy with $50,000 coverage for domestic teams.

1. Select the amount of coverage needed. There is one option for domestic teams and SIX options available for international teams.

2. Complete the Excel Worksheet with names and birthdates of team members. Please list team leader first.

3. Email the completed form to umvimncj.coor@gmail.com.

4. Submit payment by using the PayPal Donate button at the bottom of the page or by sending a check made payable to UMVIM-NCJ to:

5. request for insurance serves as team registration.

NOTES:

• Changes can be made up to one week prior to departure. 

• Changes for persons not traveling will be refunded the amount of the insurance only.

• Your request for insurance serves as team registration.

• Teams to US territories can use Domestic coverage.

• You must purchase SPORTS coverage for service in countries where riding a motorcycle, motor scooter, or similar transportation is the established and accepted routine means of public transportation for hire.

• International volunteers age 80 and older are eligible for $25,000 coverage only.

• International volunteers age 75-79 are eligible for $25,000 and $50,000 coverage.

• Team Leaders - confirm that all missioners have signed the Liability Form.

AIG coverage is for use in the USA and US territories. 

Per person cost is $1.25/day.

This coverage is for accident and medical coverage and repatriation, including COVID coverage.

Note: COVID coverage extends through age 74. Missioners 75+ years old do not have COVID coverage.

The cost per person for each level of medical coverage is:

$25,000: $2.50/day + $15 processing fee

$50,000: $2.75/day + $15 processing fee

$100,000: $3.00/day + $15 processing fee

Sports coverage
