Want to serve as a team leader but this is your first time? UMVIM offers Team Leader Training sessions, both in person and online, which covers logisitcs, mission theology, and best practices. You can click here to view upcoming training opportunities.
New team leaders can also contact their UMVIM Jurisdictional coordinator for more specialized help or resources at any point before, during, or after your mission journey.
