Domestic Coverage:

AIG Insurance - $50,000 Medical and Accident Coverage

AIG Policy Summary

Medical / Accident Insurance within the U.S. (Including Puerto Rico)

Cost Per Person is $1.25 per person, per day

1. • Complete the Domestic Insurance Form, including Team Leader and destination information as well as all team member names and birthdates.

2. Submit payment for insurance using a credit card by clicking on the payment button at the bottom of this page. If you need to make a payment by check, please email scj@umvim.org to make arrangements.

3. • THE SCJ UMVIM Coordinator will email the Team Leader all policy information, including the insurance card.

International Coverage:

IMG insurance - MissionSafe

international Medical / Accident / repatriation Insurance

The cost per person for each level of medical coverage is:

Gold - $100,000 Coverage:  $3.00/day + $15 processing fee 

Silver - $50,000 Coverage:  $2.75/day + $15 processing fee

Bronze - $25,000 Coverage:  $2.50/day + $15 processing fee

* Note: For travel outside of the U.S., where members of your group may be engaging in riskier activities such as travel by motorcycle or using zip lines, we also offer a “Sports Rider” policy for an additional daily cost.  Please email scj@umvim.org for more information about this coverage.
