Domestic Coverage:

AIG Policy Summary

Medical / Accident Insurance within the U.S. (Including Puerto Rico)

Cost Per Person is $0.75/day plus a $5.00 Processing Fee

  1. Complete the Domestic Insurance Spreadsheet including Team Leader and destination information as well as all team member names and birthdates.

  2. Email the completed Domestic Insurance Spreadsheet to nej@umvim.org.

  3. Submit payment for insurance using a credit card by clicking on the payment button at the bottom of this page. (Note: If you need to make payment by check please email nej@umvim.org to make arrangements)

  4. NEJ UMVIM Coordinator will email the Team Leader all policy information including insurance card.



International Coverage:

The cost per person for each level of medical coverage is:

$25,000 Coverage: $2.50/day + $15 processing fee

$50,000 Coverage: $2.75/day + $15 processing fee

$100,000 Coverage: $3.00/day + $15 processing fee

* Note: For travel outside of the U.S. where members of your group may be engaging in riskier activities such as travel by motorcycle or using zip lines, we also offer a “Sports” policy for an additional daily cost. Please email nej@umvim.org for more information about this coverage.

Pay for your insurance with a credit card through our secured payment application. Enter the total cost of your group’s insurance when you are directed to the payment page. A confirmation of payment will be emailed to you and to UMVIM NEJ.
