WINONA COUNTY - Flood Response. Volunteers are still needed to work on homes damaged by last year's flooding in Winona County . Skilled leaders to lead teams of five people (a ratio of one skilled person per five unskilled volunteers is required) will work on sheet hanging, carpentry, finish carpentry, taping and mudding, and painting. Teams can come any day of the week or weekend. A coordinator will guide teams to a job. The groups are needed immediately and through July and possibly later.
