Registration and Insurance
Before registering, each team must comply to their conference's Safe Sanctuary Policy. Team Leaders should check with their Conference UMVIM Coordinator for specific policies, requirements or expectations related to Safe Sanctuary/Child Protection Policies, background checks and insurance prior to registration on the UMVIM, SEJ site. If you have any questions, please contact your Conference Coordinator or our office.
If your conference does not have a Safe Sanctuary Policy, please click here to download a general one that we have created.
Register your team by clicking HERE, then follow the prompts through our online registration portal.

Before beginning the process through the online portal, each Team Leader will need your departure and return dates, the full name as it appears on their passport, birthdate and email address for all Team Members. If you have questions, please call the office at 205-453-9480 while you are in the process and we will be happy to assist you. The online portal will not log you off due to inactivity during the process, but it will not save your progress if you quit.
