1. We encourage all teams to have a Trained Team Leader. For a list of trainings, please click here or contact your Conference Coordinator. Each team will need to comply with their conference Safe Sanctuary Policy. If your conference does not have one, click here.

3. Register your team and/or apply for insurance by clicking here. Before beginning the process, each Team Leader will need the full name, birthdate and email address for all Team Members. If you are not sure how this process works, please click here to watch a video tutorial. If you have questions, please call the office (205.453.9480) while you are in the process (before you hit ‘Submit’).
5. Please read “Preparing for the Journey” and share with your team members.
*Note: The entire team must select the same coverage amount.
Processing fee for domestic trips = $12/person
|Number of Days||Coverage Amount – $10,000||Coverage Amount – $25,000|
Over 21 days: $10,000 coverage is $1.70/day. $25,000 coverage is $2.00/day.
Please complete this process 2 weeks prior to departure to avoid a $2 late fee per person.
